We are seeing an upturn in visitation at Jubilee Los Lunas that was surely supported by a front page story in the Sunday real estate section of the Albuquerque Journal. We are looking forward to a strong sales season now that the Jubilee Villa is finished and we are selling housing in three different neighborhoods all with very dramatic views. Jenamar World
Welcome! This, our first Jenamar World post, is intended to give you an idea from the very beginning of 2010 of what we are doing to establish an agenda for this year as we migrate our attention to new activities designed as a part of the reinvention of the company. We are in the process of adding a social networking capability to our core competencies that we can utilize in the marketing of Jubilee Los Lunas, our project in New Mexico, and other future projects. We may extend our energy to products and services outside of our traditional role as a provider of master planned communities that feature active adult and family neighborhoods with associated recreational and social amenities such as our lodges and villas, private and public parks, open spaces, trail networks and beaches.
